Q: Why should I choose Antidote Studio for cleaning, organizing, or anything else?

Q: What type of cleaners/equipment do you use?
A: I prefer many of Method’s cleaners for their safety (and to-die-for flavors) and have an arsenal of many other trusted products. I do, however, use whatever my clients specify if they have special requests. Supplies such as rags, mops, sponges, etc. are supplied by me. Since I’m just starting out, clients will need to provide their vacuum for my use…until I can buy a super-awesome one of my own. 
Q: Can you customize a cleaning package just for me?
A: Yep!
Q: Do I have to sign a contract for any of your services?
A: Nope.
Q: Do you offer free in-home consultations?
A: Indeed!
Q: What are your hourly rates?
A: With the exception of some organizing and creative services, I do not charge by the hour. Flat fees are easier to budget for the both of us. Price is based on the duties needed in each home, not how long I’m there. Obviously the quicker I am the better my bottom line would be. But honestly…I’m not quick (though with repeated cleans I’ll “feel” the house better and subsequent cleans will be quicker than the first few). I’m proud to be thorough and my pricing reflects that.
Q: How many employees do you have?
A: Four. Me, myself, I, and my handyman hubby.
Q: What are your working hours? Do you work on weekends?
A: “Out & About” hours are typically 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. You can call me M-F between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m and obviously, emailing me at 1:30 in the morning won’t wake me up (though I won’t reply ’til I’ve had some coffee the next morning). 
Weekend hours are very limited – I value quality time with my two dudes. However, when a job requires weekend work, certainly I will make myself available.
